Privacy

Short version: this site collects almost nothing about you. There are no tracking scripts, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party cookies. The only data that leaves your browser is what you choose to send when you buy something or contact me.

What this site stores on your device

Two keys in your browser's localStorage:

• lm-theme — whether you prefer light or dark mode.
• lm-calm — whether you have turned calm mode on or off.

Both stay on your device. Nothing about them is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data erases them.

What happens when you buy something

Payments are handled by Payhip, who act as the merchant of record. When you check out, Payhip processes your payment and collects your email address and, if applicable, your billing details. I do not see your card information.

What happens when you contact me

If you email me or send a message through the contact form on this site, I receive whatever you chose to include — typically your name, your email, and your message. I keep it only long enough to reply and, if needed, to keep a record of the conversation. I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

What this site does not do

• No tracking scripts and no analytics.
• No advertising networks.
• No social media pixels.
• No account system — you are not asked to sign up for anything.
• No selling, sharing, or renting of any data, because there is almost none to sell.

Embedded third parties

A few pages load assets from other providers:

• Google Fonts — fonts used on every page.
• Payhip — checkout script on the Blueprints and product pages.
• Calendly — the booking widget on the Home and product pages, when a booking overlay is opened.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Loading them is what lets the pages look and work as intended.

Your rights

Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act, you have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. In practice I hold almost none. If you would like to exercise any of those rights, email me and I will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date changes with it.
